CRITICAL PRE-CHECK
90% of flooring failures (creaks, bouncing, unlocking joints) originate in subfloor unevenness. We inspect every subfloor with an optical laser level before installation.
Subfloor leveling is quoted on-site based on actual laser measurements. If subfloor leveling is declined by the client, warranty coverage excludes floor sagging, hollow sounds, or subfloor movement.
