Why don't you offer an instant automated cost calculator on the website?

Instant online calculators mislead customers with inaccurate numbers. Every flooring installation critically depends on subfloor flatness, humps, dips, and transitions. We calculate transparent, realistic estimates based on actual surface parameters and on-site laser level diagnostics, precluding unbudgeted mid-project surcharges or supplementary fees.

Does the price ever change after we sign the estimate?

No. Upon formal execution of a written estimate with Flooring Masters, the agreed contract sum remains fully binding. Minor incidental jobsite adjustments are resolved without supplementary billing.

What does the 5-Year Workmanship Warranty cover?

Our 5-year warranty covers all installation integrity: buckling, seam separation, stair nosing stability, and hollow spots. When required subfloor leveling is diagnosed and completed, subfloor stability is comprehensively warranted under our 5-year workmanship guarantee.

What is your minimum project size?

Our minimum project size is $500 (or approximately 200 sq.ft of flooring). This covers small hallways, kitchens, or compact rooms with dedicated setup and tooling.

Do you handle both commercial and residential projects?

Yes. We execute large-scale commercial installations (up to 12,000+ sq.ft for high-traffic facilities such as Best Buy and Aritzia corporate offices) as well as private residential homes and condominiums.
